Zoho Books

Connect your Zoho Books organisation to PI Fiscal. New invoices are fiscalised with ZIMRA and the fiscal number and QR code are recorded — without changing how you invoice in Zoho.

How it works

Zoho Books exposes an OAuth2 REST API and webhooks. You authorise PI Fiscal to read invoices; each new invoice is mapped to the FDMS format, submitted, and the fiscal result stored against it.

Setup

1. Open Integrations in the client portal and choose Zoho Books.
2. Click Connect and approve access to your Zoho organisation.
3. Map your Zoho tax rates to ZIMRA tax classes (once).
4. Create an invoice in Zoho Books — it fiscalises automatically.
