Portable Innovations is an approved ZIMRA fiscal device supplier. We operate PI Fiscal, which submits fiscal documents to ZIMRA's FDMS on behalf of registered taxpayers.
Most of the personal data we hold is not collected from you directly - it arrives on the invoices our clients fiscalise.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
This website sets one cookie, pifdms_session. It keeps you
signed in and protects forms against cross-site request forgery. It is
strictly necessary and cannot be turned off without breaking sign-in.
We set nothing else unless you agree to it. If you accept measurement cookies we would use them only to see which pages are read and where people get stuck. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Fiscal documents are kept for six years, as tax law requires. Account details are kept while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Sign-in logs are kept for security investigation.
Under Zimbabwe's Cyber and Data Protection Act you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and object to how we use it. Where the data sits on a fiscal document, tax law may require us to keep it even after such a request - we will say so plainly if that is the case.
