Which systems can I connect, and how do connectors work?
Keep invoicing where you already do — connectors capture the invoice, fiscalise it, and write the result back.
You don't have to change how you invoice. PI Fiscal connects to the software you already use and fiscalises invoices as you raise them.
What you can connect
- QuickBooks Online — a secure authorisation plus a webhook fiscalises new invoices automatically.
- QuickBooks Desktop — the QuickBooks Web Connector polls for new invoices using a file you download from the portal.
- Sage Pastel — a small on-site agent watches your Pastel company and fiscalises new invoices.
- Excel — fill the template and upload; each row group becomes a fiscal document.
- Developer API — fiscalise from any system with a REST call.
The common flow
- You raise an invoice in your software as usual.
- The connector maps it to the FDMS format and submits it through PI Fiscal.
- The fiscal number, QR and verification code come back for printing.
