How do I register my business (step by step)?

Registration is a short, guided form. Because fiscalisation is tied to your ZIMRA details, we review each submission before activating the account.

What you'll need first

• Your registered taxpayer name and TIN exactly as they appear on ZIMRA.
• Your VAT number, if you are VAT-registered.
• Your branch address in the four parts ZIMRA uses: province, city, street and house/stand number.
• A contact name, email and phone.

The steps

1. Click Get started / Start free and fill in the registration form.
2. Submit it. You'll see a reference number (e.g. PIR-000123) and receive an email confirming we've received your form, with payment details.
3. Make payment using your company name as the reference.
4. We confirm your details against ZIMRA and activate your account, then email your sign-in next steps.
5. Sign in and register your first device.

Why the review step?

It lets us verify that the taxpayer name, TIN and address match ZIMRA before any device is created — the single most common cause of device-registration failures. Getting it right up front saves you time later.
