How do I keep my account secure?
Use strong unique passwords, give each person their own login and the least role they need, and sign out on shared machines.

Do this
- Give each person their own login — never share one account.
- Assign the least role someone needs (cashiers don't need admin).
- Use a strong, unique password and change it if you suspect exposure.
- Sign out on shared or public machines.
- Remove users promptly when they leave.

If you see documents you didn't issue or unexpected sign-ins, change passwords and contact support immediately.
